The second installment of “Things You Don’t See In America” is also the sequal to my previous post “Nude or Prude“. All of the following were found at our local home improvement store, but there were no heart attacks or boycotts!
This first picture either isn’t a big deal or I am waaaaay more used to Germany than I realize, but I have never seen an ad of this sort in America show anything below the sholders:
And here we have the prime example of how to advertise using a totally naked woman, but without showing the “dirty parts”. Even without the dirty parts, there would be plenty of uproar if this was found in an American store!
