We went to a French McDonalds today and you won’t believe what we found but a touch screen ordering system…….
The European McDonalds are already better than the American ones anyway, especially when it comes to cleanliness and employee attire. But now you don’t even have to struggle through the adventure that is ordering food from a French person when you don’t speak more than 5 words. That actually takes some of the fun out of European travel, but at least you know your food will be right.
It wasn’t totally boring in the long run. It took three of us to find the chicken Mc nuggets in the fancy digital menu, and it wouldn’t be McDonalds if I didn’t have to trade the pink unicorn in my son’s Happy Meal for a boy’s toy!
